- Meet with you to determine listing price
- Explain and Sign Listing Agreement
- Photograph your home
- Complete Virtual tour of your home
- Place “For Sale” sign on the property

Step 2 - Networking with REALTORS®
- List your home with color photos on Western North Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Service
- Post your VisualTour to the MLS and to National websites
- Email all REALTORS® and invite them to view a photo tour
- With your approval, hold a Brokers' Tour
- Send updates to local REALTORS® via the internet
- Follow-up with agents who show the property for their feedback
- Continually network with REALTORS® until your home is sold
Step 3 World Wide Web and Print Advertising
- Use my skill to know when and where to advertise your home
- Develop & distribute a full color flyer and/or postcard
- Advertise your property in The Real Estate Weekly and Homes & Land Magazine
- Place your property on SELLSTATE.com; REALTOR.com, Yahoo.com, the National REALTOR® website; Homes&Land.com and the Asheville Board of REALTORS® Website.
- The North Carolina Real Estate Commission allows Broker Reciprocity which means your listing will be on every real estate company’s website that uses the Western North Carolina Regional MLS search engine.
Step 4 During the Listing Process
- Make what can be a complex, tedious process easy for you
- Pre-qualification of your prospective buyers to ensure that your sale will close and you won't waste time with unqualified prospects
- Provide necessary disclosure documents & guidance to prospective buyers and their agents
- Handle all phone calls, inquiries, appointments, showings and negotiations.
- Be "objective" in presenting offers and counter offers, off-setting the emotional aspect of decision-making.
Step 5 - Facilitating the Offer and Closing
- Present and review all offers with you
- Represent you in negotiations
- Explain in detail the NC Offer to Purchase and accompanying addendums
- Manage the contract process e.g.: inspections, repair work, loan processing, appraisals, insurance, etc.
- Deliver closing instructions for your approval
- Coordinate contract closing
- Provide estimated closing costs and final net proceeds
